Mindy Rosner Zaziski
President & Chair of the Board
President and co-founder of FYI Business Solutions, Mindy Zaziski is responsible for developing and implementing long-term business strategies as well as overseeing the firm’s day-to-day performance and operations. A highly insightful and intuitive business leader, Mindy has brought together a team of top professionals that share her passions for people, technology and service excellence.

A technology veteran with an entrepreneurial approach, Mindy acquired extensive IT leadership and expertise serving in a technical and management capacity for several Fortune 100 companies prior to launching FYI. Her significant leadership experience extends to the management of non-profit organizations from both a financial and operational perspective. She has also been responsible for the direction of a capital campaign for a major expansion initiative.

Mindy founded the Randolph Education and Community Foundation, a non-profit 501 (c) 3 corporation, to help create and underwrite programs which provide services and opportunities for members of the community who would otherwise not have access to the necessary funding. She also served as President of the Board of Trustees of a large reform synagogue in Morristown, NJ for three years and is currently on the Board as Immediate Past President.

Mindy is an active member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.


Rich Zaziski
Chief Executive Officer

CEO and co-founder of FYI Business Solutions, Rich Zaziski has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the IT professional services industry. An accomplished visionary, thought leader and knowledge facilitator, Rich has significantly contributed to the success of many world-class organizations.


Rich leverages his passion for technology and business acumen to help clients solve complex organizational challenges. He has helped establish FYI’s reputation as a premier business solutions consultancy that delivers innovative technology-enabling solutions that drive business performance and bottom-line results. Rich enjoys trusted relationships with business and technology executives and has developed successful partnerships with market-leading organizations such as Pfizer, Novartis, John Wiley & Sons, Pearson Education, Dun & Bradstreet and Volvo.

Rich serves on the Technology Advisory Board of Aspen University, is a long-standing member of Vistage, an International Organization of CEO’s, and was the New York/New Jersey Chairman of the NACCB’s Open Door Foundation. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University.


Hillary Delabar
VP of Sales & Marketing

VP of Sales and Marketing, Hillary Delabar leads FYI’s business development organization. She is responsible for strategic account development and expansion activities and oversees FYI’s seasoned team of sales executives and solutions professionals.


Hillary is a senior industry professional with extensive account management experience and a proven ability to build successful teams and drive bottom-line results. Prior to joining FYI, Hillary served as Director of Strategic Operations for CoWorx's Staffing Services, where she led CoWorx’ $25 million onsite program at Schering-Plough and redesigned the client’s corporate-wide contract resource program to facilitate the procurement of more than 600 contract employees each year. Hillary has also held leadership positions at well-known technical staffing companies including Princeton Information and IMI Systems. During her 20 years in the staffing industry, Hillary developed successful relationships with major companies such as Pfizer, Prudential Financial, Merrill Lynch and Sprint.


Thomas J Borzeka
Controller

Controller, Tom is responsible to provide leadership, coordination and oversee the daily operations of the finance department for FYI Business Solutions. This includes financial planning, budget management, establishing short and long term goals, preparing financial reports, and developing new procedures to ensure the company’s accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.


Tom started his career in public accounting and after 7 years of various business experiences he left public accounting for his first controllership position. Prior to joining FYI, he served as Controller for a telephone equipment distributor for 6 years and a gasoline and oil distributor in Northern New Jersey for 3 ½ years. He is also a member of the NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a CPA. In the past he was the Assistant Treasurer for St. Andrew’s Greek Orthodox Church in Randolph, NJ where he still volunteers regularly. He is also the treasurer for the Morris County Chapter of the Order of AHEPA, a philanthropic fraternal organization.
