     -   One time, no annual maintenance fee 

Requires either Cognos 8 or Microsoft SQL Reporting Services


Includes two hours of phone and web access with one of  our expert
engineers which can be  used  for:

     -   A short guided tour during setup
     -   Expert  Q&A
     -   Any quick  customizations


Optional add-on services:

     -   20 hour  and   40 hour  custom report packs
     -   Other  project-based services  work
     -   Integration to other data stores
