Don’t ask about flexibility and telecommuting.
Any questions you have about whether you can telecommute or have a flexible schedule should be addressed to us and settled before you go on the interview. Otherwise, do not discuss them with the client.

Don’t ask about the possibility of the assignment converting to a permanent position.
Unless you were told in advance that the position is specifically a "temporary to permanent" position, don’t ask about the possibility of the assignment converting to a permanent position. Otherwise, you could give the impression that you are not committed to contracting and/or you will spend your time on assignment campaigning for a permanent position.

Don’t ask the client about money or benefits.
While it is generally accepted that it is inappropriate to discuss these topics on a first interview, more importantly, since FYI Solutions is your employer, any questions you have regarding your compensation, benefits, vacation, etc. should be directed us, not our client.
